Lonza plans new pharmaceutical production site in the US

Basel-based Lonza plans to build a spray-drying production facility in Bend, Oregon, due to open in 2029 and create more than 80 jobs. The investment is designed to expand the company’s US pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities.
