KOF Raises Swiss Growth Forecast for 2026

KOF economists at ETH Zurich have sharply upgraded their forecast for Swiss economic growth in 2026 to 1.9%, from 0.8% previously, after stronger-than-expected performance in the first half of the year. The institute still warns that US tariff policy and higher energy prices create significant uncertainty.
