Ruag and Lockheed Martin expand F-35 fighter-jet work in Switzerland

Swiss defence contractor Ruag and Lockheed Martin have formalised a deal to assemble and test F-35A fighter jets in Emmen, Lucerne. The site is expected to begin production in autumn 2027 and become one of only four worldwide capable of testing the aircraft.
