Swiss regulator again finds PostFinance emergency plans incomplete
FINMA says PostFinance still has not adequately specified what would happen if the bank could no longer be restructured or kept operating. The state-owned bank has met capital requirements, but its emergency plans must better address its statutory universal-service obligation.
