Geneva rejects new body to monitor Airbnb rentals
Geneva’s cantonal parliament has rejected a proposal to create a new body to monitor short-term rentals such as Airbnb. Lawmakers said a new IT system would be enough, despite concerns that holiday lets are removing homes from the long-term rental market.
