New nationwide plastic packaging and drinks carton recycling system begins rollout across Swiss municipalities

Recypac's plastic collection service launched in 5 initial municipalities in German-speaking Switzerland
The system is backed by major retailers and producers including Aldi, Coop, Denner, Emmi, Lidl, Migros, Nestlé, Unilever and Valora
Currently only 3% of plastic packaging is recycled in Switzerland
